Author Topic: So how was your 4th of July?  (Read 1786 times)

Title.
Heres how mine went: Me, my family, and some friends are renting a house. We buy a metric crapton of fireworks. We then get to the house and find out that no fireworks are allowed on the property. We couldn't just do it anyway because the owners live in the house next door and their friends on the other side. After not being able to find anywhere to light them, we just watched the public display, which took forever to start. This was my first fourth not being able to light off my own stuff. Discuss how yours went.

Well, I live in Colorado and they recently banned fireworks because of the dry weather and all the fires. They still had professional ones everywhere. Me and my mom climbed onto the roof of the house and watched one of them. It was epic because it was like 20 minutes long and way better than the last year fireworks at a town we go to every year (We didn't go this year because it was too expensive).

Even though I'm not American, it was absolutely crap.

It was stuff and had nothing to do. YAAAAY.

i thought the black/whatever part implied that i should grab it right there.

same thing with hammers, i used to hit myself in the head with them until i noticed the warning that told me not to. they really should make those things more obvious.
