Wep Spawn Problem

Well I made a DM with weapon spawns.  When I go to grab one it says its not part of the mini.  Yes.  Spawn brikcs are on.  Yes.  You can use all players bricks.  Anyone know what the problem is?

You probably downloaded a mod that broke it.

Its not on my server its on Bustos but ill ask him if he did.
