I do not agree with that sort of treatment of people, and so I have no idea what religion I am...really, I have called myself Muslim my whole life, yet I have not practiced it much. I guess I'm what I'd like call...an "American" Muslim? We're in modern times, America is a mixing bowl of all types of people who are with the times, just like we know in today's American society, you don't stone people in public.

It's just that the entire clan is a joke, really what set me off is the entire subject of joke clans. Whatever, I guess I over reacted, and I guess I shouldn't care if it doesn't apply to me, but you can't help but get offended if you see something like this. I'm not saying I agree with how women are treated there, its certainly a shocker.

But that particular thing about the clothing... I am 99.9% sure they do that with the intention of "protecting the beauty of women" or something so they aren't stared at like tools. Something like that anyway, this came up during a class on religion where there were many people of different beliefs and we all talked about different aspects of each religion, including that.
