Author Topic: Sony wants to put advertisements in your face right in the middle of a game  (Read 1503 times)

you can't stop The Pirate Bay or other piracy because they're in 6 inch reinforced concrete bunkers in sweden. no seriously, look it up

This is why I'm glad I'm not a Sony fanboy. Honestly, let's see if they can defend their side.

I don't have a PS3. I have a 360.
But

If Sony goes through with this, Microsoft and Nintendo are bound to jump the bandwagon as well.
But it will likely not happen. At least, not for more than a month or two before rampant protests tear the idea down.

gta4 has this and it was loving annoying. still is.

I doubt that
it's more likely that they'll see what happens to sony and never do anything similar ever

Dose this mean...PS3?

all this crap just encourages piracy

What's great is that they're claiming exclusive rights to do this stuff. I've never had much interest in Sony, so if they want to be the ones to keep other companies from doing this, I say so be it. If they actually take advantage of this, they'll be the only ones, and they'll make everyone else look better by comparison.

valve needs a loving console

make it look like a dispenser

That is loving ridiculous.  I should only have to see that game creators advertisments and logos.

This is why I don't like that company, most of their stuff is forced.

What if we don't have internet access on our console?
