I Am Awake -large story update inside-

You take the shotgun off the wall and open the barrel. The gun is authentic it just lacks ammunition. You also investigate the TV, there were only three channels and there appeared to be nothing on. You felt hungry. But the question was, how do you eat?

You take a look in your pants because you have too much trouble unbuttoning your shirt. Well you certainly had SOMETHING there, but it was mechanical. Someone or Something designed you well. A little too well. This doesn't explain however, why you are hungry. Perhaps you should rest your mind upon the puzzling dilemma later.

You take a peek in the fridge and find some stale looking Pizza. The box clearly came from the city. You realize you probably don't have a mouth. Crap.

Investigate/ gun butt the thing if it attacks you!

Unplug the fridge and roll it at he monster as fast as you can, it might at least distract it if it does not damage. 
Then hit it with the butt of the gun.

slide the fridge around into the doorway, take the ammo off the top and reload your weapon (if possible), and rip off the fridge door to use as a shield

if you're a machine you probably have the strength to do that

After sensing a presence sneaking up on you, you on impulse, rip off the refrigerator door (ooh look it's lead lined) and hurl it at the intruder. This results in sending him flying through the fireplace room and smashing open a new front door. You are not sure if he's knocked out or dead. But you don't hesitate to load your gun first with the shells you found on top of the fridge. Pizza might have to wait. You should probably check out the intruder or look for a vehicle around the farm to get you to the city. But not checking the attacker might be dangerous (duh).

Shoot the thing from a distance of about 8 feet away, beat it with the dislodged fridge door, eat pizza, and find the conveniently located fueled up and functional Ferrari in a nearby location.

Don't kill it; trap it. See if you can reason with it if it's sentient

Since you apparently possess great strength, walk up to it and hold it down.  
If it is sentient, try to reason with it, if not you can kill it or obtain pet.
