sleep
eat
call a real life friend, you have those right?
hang out with a real life friend
talk to cleverbot if you have no friends
breathe
watch TV
make a friend
do something
go outside
ride a bike
steal a car
something.

If that is really your daily schedule, you should be deeply ashamed of yourself.
