Yes, I was on a server a couple days ago with this add-on.
It was called Happy McFappy and it shot an insta-kill jizz projectile.
And when someone dies, a chat message appears that says "(Shooter) has taken the cumshot of (Victim)"
It was both hilarious and disturbing at the same time.
