WWE is entertaining because of the obviously fake characters and scenarios they're put in; you don't go for genuine wrestling.

You're joking right? He had to have surgery due to a Small-Bowel Obstruction which was caused by scar tissue from a surgery before he started making videos (and I believe in that surgery he had a tumor removed, I'm not sure tho)

He has appendicitis, so he had to get his appendix removed
