You'll lose fat weight but gain more muscle weight

I've gone from about 124Lbs at the beginning of wrestling season to ~ 130Lbs at the end

Also eat a lot of means. Get dem protiens and some fats

Meat actually isn't the way.
Eat tons of bread, rice, oatmeal, pasta, etc.

If you want weight, work out. You dont want Fat, you want Muscle and the only way to do that is LIFT DEM WEIGHTS

you need fat so youve got something to burn off and turn into muscle

Lack of protein, not food.

Eat something.
but i do eat
when i'm hungry(which isn't very often)

Sit on a computer all day.
I've tried this for years.
It doesn't work.

and that's funny, my brother is 22 and was recently weighed 113 pounds


I have your same situation.  I'm 16 and I'm just barely over 120.

My dad has told me to eat lots of chicken. and excersize alot.

as much as people are recommending working out, i wouldn't until you've got eating enough down pat

working out is counter productive while you can't consume enough to fuel growth

once you actually start gaining weight, you should start working out - no sooner

Boltster seems to be the one who knows his stuff best.

I don't really want to stop doing cardio workouts, because I'm weird and that's one of my pass-times, but I'll certainly not do it as much.
