Why the hell would you WANT to be fat?

If you want weight, work out. You dont want Fat, you want Muscle and the only way to do that is LIFT DEM WEIGHTS




Be born into a naturally fat family.

That way you inherit a genetic lineage for being morbidly obese!

Meal.
Time.

I'm 4'9" or whatever and I weigh about 68 pounds, I'm allergic to dairy, I don't like eating meat very often except for fish, and I can't eat out very often.

take away muscle --> eat healthy /w meat

eat healthy /w meat = bigger muscle

bigger muscle = hulk smash

It's funny how people ask these kinds of questions expecting some kind of miracle answer that makes it easy and fast to gain muscle/gain weight/lose weight.

Gain muscle: work out and eat good
Gain weight: work out and eat good
Lose weight: work out and eat good

count the number of calories you eat in a day and then keep increasing it until you see a difference

and if you're doing cardio, stop it

You'll lose fat weight but gain more muscle weight

I've gone from about 124Lbs at the beginning of wrestling season to ~ 130Lbs at the end

Also eat a lot of means. Get dem protiens and some fats
