Lights not showing on ground.

I get these odd patches where there is no light on ground textures only.
Every map does this for me.
Here are some pictures of it, any help is appreciated.

At certain angles the light works fine.


On other angles the light disappears


Odd thing is, this is only on certain areas, and does not always depend on the angle.

Twi light zone ZOMG, naw maybe you've forgeted your mission lighting some how, go into the Missions folder and delete the Maps .ml's (They are just the Scene lighting for the levels).
