Dreams cannot effect the real world, unless you learned how to bring items out of your dream, or learned Lucid Projection

Were you left off last time. The Dreamverse only shifts once a night. Once it shifts it wont move till day, so you cannot mix dream verses while day dreaming.

However there are ways to get into the Innerworks of a Dreamverse and control it's position.
