Coil a bunch of synapses around a rod made of blue, white and tingalium ingots and a creative cog.  Fuse two stars to the ends of the synapses.

Tesla Rod.  (Tesla Coil on the end of a long rod of ingots)

Also, forgot the creative cog.  It rests at the base of the tip, allowing the charge to be released upon will.

I wouldn't use Tingalium considering when it's used in a recipe, whatever happens is random. Like the Tingalium Modifier on the Crossbow. It causes the arrows to fly around randomly.

Also Ingots don't conduct Electricty, only Psi, so you don't have to worry about being shocked. (However, Profane Pounds are conductive)

By the way... that kinda looks.... Dirty.

I would prefer for it to be a longer design so getting close to an enemy which needs to attack at a distance of 0 units of length won't be risked.



How is this?  You can decide what supplies are required, though I would like to point out that the design on the left uses two stars which generate electricity and are held in the light gray pockets near the coils.  The design to the right uses a piston which is centered around the coils.  The piston contains rotating creative cogs coated with profane pounds which also create electricity, though at much less of a rate than the stars; and less reliably.  The tip...  I didn't know what profane pounds looked like, but I just made those.  Feel free to edit any designs, but this was what I was thinking mainly.
