Help with iPod message.

When I try to watch A video on YouTube I get a message saying that in order to watch videos I need to enable plug-ins in safari settings, but there's no loving setting for that in the safari settings when I look.This just happened right now.A minute ago I was watching videos, and the next this message pop's up.Any idea how to fix it?
