I disagree because I don't think there is any such thing as love. People can enjoy spending time with and each other and also like loving each other. When those to come together people call it love but its just a mixture of lust and compatible personalities.

But what I'm saying is 13 year olds shouldn't be loving. If they were "dating" all it would be is them hanging out together, except money would come out of his pocket. If they were friends they'd be doing the same without him having any sort of obligations to fulfill like anniversary gifts and stuff.
