This is my first uploaded youtube video. I plan to make a series.

One of the biggest things in the horror genre is character development. Do we want the character to die or fight his way to life? In this video you gave away who the monster was in the first 4 seconds and we just had a guy walking with a torch. The ending scene was pretty cool but it ended too short. Try expanding the time and let the audience know who the character was.

Hope this helped.

Yeah we are going to do another series called 'The Walking Block'.

Not that great. Get an actual filmer instead of filming yourself moving, it doesn't look good when you do that. And also default build :/

The video kinda went wonkey for me. Might just be youtube.

... I had an actor doing the moving :/. My 2 friends were helping me with this.

Me too. The video kept glitching up.

And also, i mean in the part with the monster on the roof.

Yeah it happened to me too, I don't know what it was. I was using fraps to record this.

Okay, okay. Your use of sounds was actually very good! The ambience to show an ominous mood was spot on for my tastes. Also some of the camera angles such as the road level were very well placed. However, the video lacked things. You need that quick exposition to show the setting; all I saw was some guy running around with a torch and some kind of thing watching him. I know you probably meant to make it mysterious, but too mysterious leaves an audience confused and displeased. Next time for your short, get that quick exposition, it doesn't always have to be the intro but an intro exposition is usually what people do. Also fix the video quality blah blah blah that's going into technical issues.

Overall, pretty good!

Same.

I helped with the Walking Block and we might film some more soon!
