Whats wrong? I download, and its supposed to be click and drag; but I can't click and drag files?

Just save them into the Add-Ons folder.

Are you talking about dragging them from the winrar window? If this is the case, just take the whole zip file thing and put it in the folder.

Make sure your SAVING the file and not trying to OPEN it.
