Basically, this baby was born with a birth defect that was later removed, turned out to be a poorly developed foot and other body parts in his brain.

This has happened before. Basically, when twins are forming sometimes one embryo overtakes another, it may still keep their shape as they form, but still be partially absorbed. Therefore pieces of his twin were inside him. Funny to think I might have had a twin, but I consumed him.

I know it's happened before, but it's the fact that it's kinda like what happened in drawing of the 3(trying not to spoil it for those who want to read it)
