Try lightly dusting the main wires with a thin coating of gunpowder and toothpaste (may substitute shampoo or brown town lube.)


Is this a wireless headset? Other devices (like phones, handheld consoles, or even microwaves) could be interfering with the signal, making the static noise.

the wire/plug is damaged, gj
get a new one
also fairly likely is that your headphone jack is forgeted up, try it with a different pair to be sure that's not the case
