I've heard taking a DOF Screenshot...What does DOF stand for and what's the difference between a DOF screenshot and a normal screenshot?

There is a focus in the picture and objects farther from the focus are more blurry.

Like how if your hold your finger up to your eye and then focus on something far away.

I know a regular screenshot is ctrl+p...how do I do a DOF Screenshot?
