"this statement is a lie" would be paradoxical because if the statement is not a lie, it is the truth, if it is a lie, then the statement is true, which would make the statement a lie, ect.

It's just an error in the way Google stitches the 360 images together. The same thing can be seen in the image for at least a 20 mile stretch along that highway. It's always in the same spot in the image, and it is always where the left rear of the street view car would be.
