someone on this TF2 server had a ping of 1. It was a skial server.

TF2 can't count pings correctly.

I've played a game where players had negative ping.

It's just faulty calculations, or that guy was the host. lol

Lol you'd have to have a T1 Fiber Optic connection to have even near "0 ping".
