Soz, my parents may be getting a promotion within the next few months which will force me to move to Tucson. This is really bugging me, and im starting to get really pissed off because we just moved here a year ago, and i just made new friends.

The only way to get it off your mind is to come to terms with it and accept it then think about how you can most enjoy what time you have left before you move.
It's not something that will go away or change if you ignore it, it will hit you eventually and then you'll just be left with the regret that you didn't spend your remaining time in the best way possible.

Of course, it's also a good idea to make sure that you actually will be moving first
