yeah, if long as you live within range of his router, it will most certainly cause a problem for him
but otherwise, it will not, because you must be connected to a router to do anything at all with it, including changing the settings

There's no second password, there is only one bar to enter it in. There is two possible default passwords.

what is the password to your wifi? the one you use to connect?

As I said, the password is glitched. I cannot type anything without it typing 3 or 5 other letters.

I'm not really sure how to help you at this point, because it really seems like more of a router problem than a blockland problem
try contacting verizon about it, or just get a new router
