I was just wondering, since some people have said you have to be 13 but there are people who say they're 12 and use the forums and haven't been banned, so I was wondering which it was. Also sorry if this is the wrong section, I didn't know where to put it.

Nowadays forums enable COPPA only when they get shut down so it doesn't LOOK like they got shut down to a new user trying to register.

(And if you think that includes 0-6 and 100+ year-olds, you're a handicap.)

what if a 6 year old was intelligent enough to use a computer and type fluently
or if a person was 100 years old and still played blockland? (kind of sad but)

There is an implied age limit of 13 because of COPPA but Badspot doesn't care (anymore).

There's no limit.
I first joined on my first forum account in 2010, when I was 9, becoming 10.
That didn't work well. Now I rejoined, being 12, and all is well, except for some people not accepting the fact that I have changed.
