She may have kicked us out but then later on she gave us the house to use until further notice.

I never met my grandpa on my moms side as he died when my mom was in her late teens. I also never really got to know my grandma on my dads sides as she died when i was like 2-3. However, my relatives are getting old and I might have to attend some soon, one being in Germany. Hopefully I get another 10-15 years out of them so my grandma could be 100.

I know what it's like to lose someone or something you love. I had a dog once, knew him since the day I was born. Died when I was nine. :c

my grandmother can be a bitch sometimes, but I love her, and i would be devastated if she died.

That's a bummer, over the last two years I lost both my grandparents, It's made me spend more time with my other grandmother :c

OP, I know that feel. I hate losing family members, and it always happens to me at least once every couple of years.
The worst time for me was the first half of 2007. My dog and my dad died within a few months of each other.

Sorry to hear that, Alyx :c I'm lucky my grandma is still alive at 80 years old.

I know that feel. My aunt died a couple of years ago. And now since I moved away from where she was buried, I hardly ever have the chance to visit her grave.

Grandfather died before I knew him, one of my cousins was murdered, and another was hit by a truck just two days ago. Last guy's okay, though.
