WTF?  I scanned with Malwarebytes and Avast but it comes up blank.  What do?

You didn't bother to say no to some taskbars while installing garbage so they run IE in the background.

I've looked through Uninstall Programs and can't find anything I didn't mean to install, that includes task bars.

Open file location of the processes and see if they are legit.
If not just close the process and delete it.

Seems to be in order.

No one uses internet explorer anyway. pphhh

Well, I got a very hacky solution.  I just changed the permissions of iexplore.exe to make me the owner and renamed it to iexplore1.exe so programs can't use it.

Solved and locked.
