Abnormal lag

Has anyone been experiencing short, but frequent lag spikes? I'm not talking about the kind of lag where you die and lag, this is the kind that happens every minute. I'm not just talking about on just one server, I'm saying this has been happening on every server I went on just today. so has anyone had this issue just today other than me?

I'm guessing it's your connection or adapter.

The master server could be laging. It could be your internet.   Or uour comp sucks
