Rebecca said it on the shoutbox, and I think hijacking an institution website will get you punished. The server was 404ing, and then it was unexpectedly dropping the connection, and now it's back in the webmaster's control.

Rebecca, a feminist, "reported" them to the FBI.

I doubt there going to arrest people spamming a chat room. Editing the website and doing the other stuff they did is might do something, and if we get shutdown because someone from our forum spammed there site, I am going to be pissed.
