I need someone or something to take a clip from this, about 2:23 to 2:35. A website or program that can do it would be great but if someone knows how and wants to do it themselves that would be fantastic as well.

I've seen 30 second+ gifs and it's not meant for an avatar or anything, just someone make it a gif and host it somewhere
