My idea of Justice: Immediately execution of any criminal caught in the act or proven guilty of any crime, no matter their age, race, or love.  

America's idea of Justice: He's black and raped ten women and murdered their husbands, so we will put him in jail for 6 years on your tax dollars.

I'm really in a dilemma here; this guy is a good tactician but he used his skills to murder somer random people he didn't know.
I still think the latter outweighs the first, and therefor murder is too good for these kind of people.

Yes, but if all criminals are instantly killed for the crime, who is going to want to commit a crime?  The suffering ends with death anyway, so it is kind of pointless.

Too bad execution does absolutely nothing but waste valuable slave labor and someone's life out of petty revenge.

Also assuming a black rapist/murderer wouldn't get a life sentence is crazy.

Also, if you immediately execute everyone who is, "caught in the act of a crime" or proven guilty of any crime, you'll see a bunch of people dead in their cars after being shot in the forehead by a sniper with a radar gun who caught them going 65 in a 60mph zone. Not to mention that you can't un-execute someone when new evidence 10 years later shows they were innocent (which happens sometimes). Plus, execution for any crime? Are you out of your loving mind or are you just saying something completely radical to be funny?

This is why you aren't a congressman/politician and will probably end up a car salesman or a code monkey. Don't vote.

He shouldn't. He almost certainly has a mental illness and it's our fault that nobody looked at this guy who was probably a social outcast or had symptoms of depression and told him to get a psychiatric evaluation.
