The hard Conservative side of the legal system (known as C+) is designed to look nightmarish, and at C+ death sentence and police behavior laws you get death squads of police officers armed with assault rifles who execute anyone committing any crime on the spot. The problem is it is impossible to prove someone is guilty to 100% accuracy, and people do die innocent under execution even today.

The one thing I dont understand is, what the forget was a baby doing at a Batman premiere. Honestly it's a baby what can it do there, it's only six months old it doesn't even like understand movies/television. In a way the babies death was the parents fault.
