At the moment I'm using the Woodglue method, Titebond  II and III. When I can find some loving fiberglass resin and bondo, I'll use that.

That's an awful idea. The plaster molding liquids would seep into the cardstock.

Hmm, about an hour and a half from cutting it out to the gluing process.
