Jurassic Park IV Scheduled for 2014 Release

Yep, the first Jurassic Park movie since 2001's Jurassic Park III is slated for a 2014 summer release. Rise of the Planet of the Apes writers Rick Jaffa and Amanda Silver will pen the script with Frank Marshall as producer. Steven Spielberg has no defined role in production of the movie but he is definitely heavily involved in it. It has been stated by previous script writers that the movie will not be taking place on any of the islands, although this may be different with the new writers. Frank Marshall and Spielberg have both said this will be the start of a new trilogy, although this is of course up to whether or not the movie sells well.

I can answer any Jurassic Park related question perfectly, as long as it isn't something dumb like LOL WAT WAS DENIS NEDRIES SECOND WORD IN THE FILM. In addition when Crichton died I had part of his brain implanted into my skull. I've read every article on the Jurassic Park wiki, and played JPOG, Trespasser, and Jurassic Park: The Game. I have a shelf full of Jurassic Park toys. I have every card from the Topps Jurassic Park card set in a Carnotaurus binder sitting in my closet with a book about the production of the first movie leaning against it. Goes without saying, I've read/own every book (including Jirue's "Danger Zone") and seen/own every movie.

In the movie: Mamenchisaurus, Gallimimus, Tyrannosaurus, Velociraptor, Stegosaurus, and a few other species that were not visible due to camera angle. B)

In the novel: I don't recall any species being stated, assumed to be all fifteen. B)
