Decal Packaging Help

I have made a set of decals for my friend bomb kirby. I divided a bowser picture into 9ths (so tiring) then I followed the decal packaging tutorial and packaged my decals. They show up in my add-ons folder but I can't find them in any of the bricks. Please help

I repackaged it according to the default print add-ons.
I changed the resolutions of the images to the dealt resolution found on the default images. (72 pixels/sq inch)

But it still does not work. More importantly the console is not giving any errors.
It checks the add-on, and it doesn't find an error; however the console does not load the add-on, and that I do not know how to fix.




I feel so goddamn loving handicapped right now.

There is an option to enable it in the add-on menu.
