i only cut off my hair once and i simply just cut some parts away with scissors, i was too afraid to go into detail and risking that my balls would be cut

I trim my testicles frequently. Not the hair, mind you, nor the scrotum.

It gets less itchy the more you do it. Another tip is don't try shaving too close. Try shooting for a length of a little less than 1 millimeter. It's best if you use an electric shaver.

Very true. It was borderline painful the first time I shaved my balls/surrounding area, but every subsequent times it was less uncomfortable.
