Author Topic: The wonderful story about my cell phone [Rage]  (Read 1445 times)

When I get that $10k I'm going to spend it on the California trip and a few things I need.

Why would P want a HTC One X instead of a Samsung Galaxy Nexus anyway?

hey mack
not positive and i'm not a lawyer

but i'm pretty sure you can sue him for this. i'm not kidding. look up how much lawyers cost for consultation in your area, then use some of your 10k to do it if it's not too much. tell the lawyer the story you posted, and see what kind of legal ramifications this forgettard could face for loving with you in this manner.

then decide if you want to go through with it.

it's morally and I think legally wrong.

because he's a handicap.

-snip-
This.  At least look into it man.

Man your friend is a richard.  Go into his room at night and delete all of his contacts, texts and other info and reverse all of his preferences.

if you're gonna do what i said don't do this

jesus

here's the main reason why I don't think it's legal:
P says he needs the money by the 26th or else he's taking my phone back. I'm pissed but I understand and decide to try.
that's not loving legal! that's like a threat, depending on the person and situation...

also, while you're at the consult, be sure to bring this up under "emotional damages"
My dad feels guilty and my grandfather feels terrible about it so my grandfather gives me a loan of $305 (what I owe P) so that I can pay him.
do it.

Ninja, sorry :/

I just realized that guy is a master troll

look: he actually TOLD mack he lied just to throw him into a tantrum
AND combined with the fact he managed mack to pull emotional strings for that money, which adds to the rage factor

EMERGENCY- DO NOT DO THIS
This is the moment where I delete his text messages, delete his phone number and delete all of his contact information, privacy block him on Facebook and punch a wall as hard as I can, putting a hole through my bedroom wall.

IF YOU HAVEN'T ALREADY, DO NOT DELETE THE MESSAGES GOFloving DAMNIT

THEY ARE YOUR ONLY EVIDENCE THIS HAPPENED. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THESE MESSAGES ALL YOU HAVE IS YOUR PARENTS AND GRANDPARENTS AS WITNESS.

forget forget forget DO NOT DELETE THEM

Punching a hole in a wall over $300 lol, bless you. Should have saved yourself the hassle and got an iPhone.

no loving comment.

no loving comment.
If he had gotten an iPhone there'd be no hole in a wall, no broken friendship, no pissed off people and he'd have a better phone!

kick the stuff out of him

i had an iphone.

i dropped it on a carpet floor and a bunch of green lines came up on the screen, never going away.
instead of taking it to warranty i returned it.
the apple store insisted that i take it for warrant and i kept refusing, they tried as hard as they can to keep me as a customer.
after 15 minutes i finally got it returned, the people back in line with me were pissed at the guy.
what did i do with the money?
simple, got an android and it's far more durable than an istuff.

android > ios for the amazing reason of: bigger and more creative store and far better durability.

im no law reading but Im pretty sure this can be considered blackmail

If there is a law against this, sue the forget out of him.
