Searching Google for v8 results in a bunch of torrent sites claiming they can give you the game and a key lol. Obviously a bunch of viruses.

I have v8, but really what's the point? The most recent version is better in pretty much all aspects that's why games get updated, to become better.

I heard someone made an events add-on before v9 came out. Does anyone have that too? I'd like to see how that worked.
