usually in games when this happens to me i humor the guy for a little, then i disappear and while he's confused i go around and just kill him closer

There are two forms of cover, both of which are different to each adjacent opposing team: One is a roof garden (4 non-colliding/raycasting trees) and the other is a rooftop unit, although these do not offer any immediate cover from the diagonally adjacent building.

You clearly didn't read the OP properly. You just looked at the pretty picture and went LOL NO COVER.

It's hiding cover primarily. You can shoot through trees you know.

But you can still get shot is you're seen between the trees.

Just look at the trees. If I even crouched I could be seen.

I'm going to join the server as soon as I can and try to use them trees for cover.
