Seriously this is fun stuff besides the pepperbox issue and teams not being balanced properly. I'll just get 100 points myself.

Besides hundreds of players will have played the beta server by next month so you'd be giving basically everyone who is going to play on it an easy 100 points.

I'll take a look at the spreadsheet tonight and see how I can balance the pepperbox better. 45 point sound good for it?

Also for the teams not being balanced, what can I do about that? :/

-Buff/unlock turrets or free guns for the team with less points (via best unlocked weapon value since they're obviously going to use their best weapons). Balance whenever someone joins/leaves a team. Example: Player with ALLLL the guns joins Red. Red's best weapons are now a total of 400 points value above Blue's best weapons. Blue unlocks a Tank Turret embedded in a wall or something.

-Auto-sort based on this and make everyone hate you.

Blue Team has a 305 (100 + 15 + (50 * 3) + 40) point rating.

Blue Team has the leading point rating by 65 (305 - 240).

65 is not a very big difference.

BUT. Racerboy joins. He has ALLLL the guns.

Red Team now has the leading point rating by a staggering 785 (1090 - 305)! This isn't right!

Give Blue Team a shiny new Tank Turret or two in their base.

I like this system...but about the tank turrets, what about shuffling the teams around? If the teams become unbalanced, it takes the player that has the most points on the OP team and puts him on the horrid team until the teams become somewhat balanced (the balance difference, aka if blue has 300 and red has 240, the difference is 60, the bigger this number gets, the more it balances; this number would be key because it would tell the script exactly when to start balancing, aka, when the teams become too unbalanced)

It's quite possible. I have a list somewhere of all the variables of the weapons (who bought which weapons, it's a saved variable assigned to each player who buys the weapon. This list is saved in my config files and updates everytime a player buys a weapon). This could come in handy when making the script.

Who could do it? It would have to cooperate with Slayer and the variables.

i finally get lucky and manage to join around the player count and i'm assaulted with
'coolcool Is AFK: eating'
'Secret Agent Madjak Is AFK: om nom nom'
'Anton Chigurh Is AFK: Away From Keyboard'

probably more that don't use it


you need an auto AFK kicker here, not something supporting AFKers

also, you should probably remove the RPG until balancing works right
blue has around four players with RPGs, red has jack stuff
