"Pass these laws or you will lose our military support and you will not be allowed to trade with us."
US can easily blackmail.

We finished the war on terrorism....Now....We've declared war on piracy!

I just have to say yes.

Hand me a picket sign.

We finished the war on terrorism...

Though other countries and governments might, Australia doesn't rely excruciatingly heavily on US trading, most of our profits go through China, I mean if they decided to cancel all trades with us (which they won't, at least not until they make their move to become the supreme power of the world~) our entire economy would fall apart, but America I'd say we could survive.

Ignoring all that I'm pretty sure they wouldn't be such a sore loser as to refuse trade because someone doesn't want them to own the internet, America already has a fairly sour appearance to the rest of the world and doing something like that wouldn't help all that much.

For now at least I'm just hoping our government is smart enough not to tag along with that bs, good luck to you as well other nations~

>America blackmails nation with threats of blocking all trade between US and that nation.
>All the nations say no.
>America dies a slow death being bled for every single penny, which they don't have because of no trade with anyone, by China because whoever makes these decisions in America is an enormous idiot.

Yeah, I can see that working out for them

if Russia says yes, I will personally request to meet their president and, well, heads shall roll.

But seriously, why hasn't the Congress given up yet?

if Russia says yes

I wouldn't count on it. :cookieMonster:

Putin would probably wouldn't even humor the discussion.
