Laptop or iPod Touch?

Okay, so for my Birthday I'll wanted these three things:

Laptop             - Windows 7, 4Gb Ram, Toshiba laptop, orange color, 12 hour battery thingy, Intel Premium 4 dual core processor.

iPod Touch       - 8Gb Memory, red case, camera's on both sides.

FL Studio      - (since I lost my earlier key and crap, I can't retrieve it, I have to get it again.)

uh, definitely the laptop. there's really no comparison between it and the other two things, because FL is just one program and the iPod touch is a mobile device.
