Yucko the Clown - probably one of the most dirty, quick-witted clowns in the entire world. He goes up to random people and interviews/insults them with his cameraman. Funny stuff.

eh, thought it was pretty loving stupid
when he started dancing with the black guy I chuckled but other than that I was just annoyed
