Absolutely normal.  I get tunnel vision a lot.

Wait, like you vision blurs and you feel light headed?

It's just some tunnel vision and lightheaded ness.  It's your body getting used to the sudden change in height.

Sounds like super cancer
just kidding bro it's normal

This happens to me when I get up in the morning too fast sometimes. My vision turns black and I feel light headed and very tired. I think it has to do with blood pressure.

Is this what it is?

You are getting up too quickly, it's completely normal. Just stand up slowly especially if you've been lying down.

This exact thing happens to me

You have cancer and you have 6 months to live.

This happens every once in awhile to me, as well. I believe it's just tunnel vision.

Something to do with blood flow.

It's actually your brain getting used to the sudden change in blood pressure and overall pressure in the head. this affects the eyes, ears, and balance but not movement.

I think that the bigger problem with staying still too long is when you hold your neck in a fixed position for too long, then turn to look at something rapidly. It can forget up one of the muscles on the side of your neck and paralyze you from the shock for half a second.

i get this literally
every
loving
time
i stand up

forget tunnel vision and everything it loves.

Oh my God I'm not the only one

I almost fell down a set of stairs because of tunnel vision.
