im assuming because hunger is most games is flat out annoying.

Well, that is in most games. In this, it adds to the RPG part of it.

The city is finished, and all weapons are added! I am now using the Tactical weapons by Aware and Ghillie.

Well, this is going to be an expiriment with the hunger mod.

If it fails, then remove.

If it succeeds, keep it.

Failure/Success depends on how well the players like it, not how well it works.
