the actual file is in the .exe.
You need to access it from the shortcut.

You can enter this in notepad:

start BlocklandLauncher.exe -dedicated -map bedroom

And then save it as a .bat file.

It works for me, it should for you I guess.

Create a shortcut to BlocklandLauncher.exe
Right click the shortcut and click "Properties"
At the end of the target, add "-dedicated -map mapname" without the quotation marks
ex:
C:\Blockland\BlocklandLauncher.exe -dedicated -map slate

open it and you have a dedicated server.  if you want to enable addons on the server, open blockland and enable the addons

When I try to open the shortcut it says "Please run the game via BlocklandLauncher.exe
