It's his server he can do whatever he wants there.

Might does not make right, friends. You can't host a party and then fling stuff at people because it's your party.

>gets killed by asec at spawn
>builds base, makes helicopter
>flys to asec's howitzer at the middle of the city, kills him
>perma'd for "freekilling"

"Hey this guy killed someone. But we didn't grab any evidence. Just give him a gun and hang out with him for awhile"

It's his server he can do whatever he wants there.
"Hey, guys! I'm going to host a party and punch everyone who comes there, but it's okay since it's my party!"

You guys take things way to seriously.

>gets killed by asec at spawn
>builds base, makes helicopter
>flys to asec's howitzer at the middle of the city, kills him
>perma'd for "freekilling"

Why are you even posting if you haven't even been on the server?

Why are you even posting if you haven't even been on the server?
He has

He has
I highly doubt that, because if he did, he would of known that the rule is "Freekilling is OK, as long as you don't overdue it (excluding war)"

And, as he stated
>perma'd for "freekilling"
You can never get perma'd for freekilling unless you constantly do it, even after warnings, kicks, and temporary bans.

It's his server he can do whatever he wants there.
Might =/= Right

You can't fling stuff in your own party.

You can never really know unless you were there.
I am an admin on that server. I'm pretty sure I was on that server if I were to post in this thread. My argument is perfectly valid, seeing as though you don't even know if I was on that server at the time that this happened. Also, I don't think you were on the server also, I may be wrong, but if you weren't on the server, then
You can never really know unless you were there.

There is a lot of "he wouldn't do that" in your argument.
Its the rules. I've seen Aeschylus enforce them, and I've seen the kick / ban reasons, etc. I am certain that everything that I stated in my argument is perfectly valid, and yours is not.

He enforced the rule and didn't follow it and then perma'd me for it. Some admin unbanned me but I was still perma'd. Your argument is handicapped as forget. How were you even there? Are you just blindly defending him?

He enforced the rule and didn't follow it and then perma'd me for it.
Did this happen today? I highly doubt this, but I will ask Aeschylus to check the ban list. Only Super Admins and Host can ban, and there are currently only 2 Super Admins that I know of.
Some admin unbanned me but I was still perma'd.
Maybe it might of been a mistaken ban, but again, I will ask Aeschylus to check the ban list.
Your argument is handicapped as forget.
Thats questionable, as I can tell you that your argument is handicapped as forget.
Are you just blindly defending him?
Defending him? Yes, as he is my friend, and I am and admin on his server and I help maintain it as any admin should, I don't know why I shouldn't.

Blindly? No, and please elaborate, because if you are defending someone you should have valid reasons.

i love how everybody is quoting badspot because ben grapevine said that
anyways

It's his server he can do whatever he wants there.

no.
if he's going to act like this he shouldn't even host a server.
if you create rules for your server and then break them for no reason at all, you are pathetic.

He can do whatever he wants on his server because he's hosting it.
