That's just not comparable. Murder and abuse of a control status on a video game are in two totally different leagues.
If you murder someone, you have taken someone's life. That can never be undone.
If you ban people, you have added a line of text to a file on a computer. That's incredibly easy to undo.

I didn't miss the fact, TYVM. I pointed out the fact that comparing a ban from a video game server is simply not comparable to murder.

It's no excuse to ruin a persons play experience and then become bipolar and unban them. Even if you say that you are "just kidding" it doesn't give you a reason to ban them for nothing.
