FPS decreasing on server

Whenever i start a server, everything runs fine for 20 minutes or so but after that I start losing FPS untill there's only 2 FPS left.
When this happens, players talking animations get stuck and the toolbar doesn't close anymore.
I have no idea what causes this and it's very frustrating because everything worked fine before.

When I turned off hatmod+ everything was fine.

If it works fine when you turn off hatmod, then hatmod is the problem.
I would recommend that you message the creator of hatmod telling him the problem.
