Getting perma banned from Lugnuts Zombies in the Bluzone

second, did you even see the post to where the bans have a limit to 2 hours now unless its blatantly stupid and the user will not be serious?

Nothing, I'm right about this. There's no reason why Lugnut should enforce a permanent ban on something people do (often, as evidenced by this thread) when a kick and a verbal warning (the most important of which, the warning, was completely missing when I got banned).

You're right that the server will be able to keep a decent population for a little while longer, but it won't last. Additionally, Lugnut could net himself tons more players to RP with if he didn't permanently ban people for doing frivolous things. Just because permanently banning them gets rid of trolls doesn't mean it's a good policy. Most of the people he's banning are probably good players.

I never got to look at the server's build. That's why I care. I also think your server's policy on banning is draconian and tyrannical and I'm trying to get Lugnut to change it.

Second, the welcome message says that if you abuse the /setname command you will be permanently banned. Everyone who did what I did got permanently banned.

Third, I don't know what a ban spectrum is. Talk to me in a language that isn't just an assortment of your own homemade buzzwords.

as already said, harse punishments prevent more people from doing the same thing. it makes an example of people. you can't actually argue against that because it's working. this topic serves as a great advertisement for the bluzone. they're harse on non roleplayers so people can expect quality serious rp.

We have a strict ban policy on the server. Just because you have your own views on how a server should be moderated, it doesn't mean you have to force them down everyone's throat. We also have our reasons and our system works fine.
The server has been running strong since April, you say it will fall soon? You're so wrong. It always fills up with players when we put it up.

You didn't get to see the build? You shouldn't have set an inappropriate name.
